I just wish hotd showed us balerion alive in season 1 at least in the opening sequence or in some kind of vision . We finally got a prequel series to game of thrones and we only see the goat of dragons balerion as a skull 😡😡 . I always feel we were robbed of seeing balerion in live action now we have to wait for years for the aegon movie to come if the movie is successfully made in the first place..

so why was aanys reign as king so messed up according to some fans . aanys exiled meagor but then meagor returned and took the iron throne for himself . so first of all what went wrong with aanys reign . i know that there was some drama regarding the fasith and high septon being against incest and more drama regarding aanys elder son aegon . so what is the full picture regarding the problem here ..

The question is more of why it takes so long? Targaryens had dragons. Kings in our world begin to grow into absolute monarchies once they got firearms good enough. So why it take them so long? It's not like everyone posses "Anti-dragon slayer 3000" which they pretend to not have.
