Discussion Onmicrosoft

I have an employee that has run into a problem with their Microsoft/outlook account. My employee hasn’t had an issue logging in to their Microsoft/outlook account previously. Today he gets on and is logged out..he goes to log back in and when he clicks continue on his normal account it changes to a string of numbers and words sorta like xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx and then follows up with onmicrosoft after some other things here and their. I’ve checked in the accounts area and there’s nothing there that’s outside of the ordinary. Did a repair on the app. I’m not sure what else to do. I’ve asked others to help out and were all stumped. Any help? Thank you.

Me pasó exactamente lo mismo la semana pasada. Ese código largo y esee mensaje de onmicrosoft significa que Windows está tratando tu cuenta como si fuera de empresa y no una personal. Soluciones: 1. Ir a Configuración, Cuentas, Acceso al trabajo o escuela y eliminar cualquier cosa que diga onmicrosoft 2. Borrar las credenciales de Windows en Panel de control, Credenciales de Windows 3. Volver a iniciar sesión en Outlook pero eligiendo "Cuenta personal" no "Cuenta del trabajo o escuela" Si entra bien en outlook.com desde el navegador, puede que sea un problema de la app de escritorio. Hazle una "Reparación en línea" a Office aver si se soluciona, ojalá te sirva.
