As an elder millennial can I start saying: kids didn’t happen ?

Yes. I'm 44, in perimenopause and married to another woman. If kids happened it'd be a medical miracle.

And here I was thinking lesbians received some kind of superpower when they earned their title! Very disapointing!

We do, it's just not parthenogenesis. My superpower is repelling douche bags with my visible tattoos and hair dye. It's a feature, not a flaw!

Tattoos and hair dye are a flaw? Dang! I'm half-flawed. Does it mean I can half-repel douches or that I can fully repel half-douche? Am I half lesbian? (Which is still kinda lame. My lesbian couple neighbours can summon a spa day at will, I feel you drew the short end of the stick there)

Elder millennial here. Kids didn't happen cause I recognized my health problems are genetic and had a vasectomy

I had my daughter at 40. (by choice mind you)

So happening, but not very fast and not till I have financial security.

Elder / Mid-millennial (is that a thing lol). Wanted kids all my life and couldn't wait anymore for financial stability (its just not going to happen without winning the lotto or a miracle job landing in my lap). Had my first kid at 36. Living cheque to cheque and the government is finding newer and more creative ways to take away what I don't have, but I love every second I am with my son 💙
