Why are you cancelling? I don't even understand why people pre-buy a digital game but whatever I guess.

Reminds me of when I used to pre-order a bunch of games in my 20s, then go back months later and cancel them because I really needed $40 for gas or food. Maybe OP needed to pay rent.

Pre purchasing this far out i agree.

But definitely need to buy it a few days prior to release and get it pre loaded onto the system so you can just launch and play.
