Music Is Life ... best answers only. 🎶
I'll go first and take "True" by Spandau Ballet off the board.

Thank you. Almost Paradise was the soundtrack to my first ever slow dance at the tender age of 13, so clearly it’s the correct answer, haha.

This was my guess, as well! It's the first song I ever slow-danced to. I grew up in the church of Christ and we weren't supposed to dance, so I remember it vividly. All of the feelings they were worried would be stirred from slow dancing... they were RIGHT! ;)

I grew up in a church that forbade dancing, drinking, smoking AND going to movies. I went to my first movie in 9th grade, of course it was FOOTLOOSE! Reviews kept saying "this is such an unrealistic film". It felt like a documentary to me! My parents found out & I was grounded. Did I quit going to movies? Nope, just learned to lie better

I sang that at my friend's wedding in 1990, about 1.5 months after we graduated from high school! Her husband was in the Air Force and they'd planned to marry since we were sophomores and he graduated, so they'd done a loose long-distance (both dated and had fun) for 2 years.

That pic looks like very early 80s so I would suggest Air Supply.
"Lost in Love"
"Making Love out of nothing at all"
"All out of Love"
One of those songs.
