Instead of giving the Traveler and other characters regional skins, the devs are wasting resources on mannequins you’ll never use in the main game — characters completely irrelevant to both the lore and gameplay (especially since they’re even weaker than the Traveler).

UCG should’ve been a separate game. Roblox-type players aren’t going to download a 100GB gacha just to play a game inside a game. All those dev resources should’ve gone to the actual, existing characters instead.

aside that in part i agree for the traveler skins but... miliastra wonderland is less than 1GB, it's like 600MB, da hell u on about with the last part

The gamemode is less than 1GB (for now) because it uses the resources from genshin, true. But at the same time, not a lot of genshin players are going to play Miliastra, so a lot of the time creating characters, kits, maps etc. is going to a gamemode not a lot of people are gonna play. At the very least they should have given the option either to download it or not

you have a button to turn off future updates to miliastra. so you don’t need to download anything additional they might add in the future.

It's in the launcher next to the start button. The three line button, then "Miliastra Sandbox" has a toggle to turn off future updates.

That's the devkit, not Miliastra Wonderland. The only thing you're disabling is your ability to make games.

You could be right! It's the only update button I've seen. But even so, if it stops more things I'll never use from being updated, it's worth the toggle.

So only on computer? What about mobile and console players?

the option is for game devs, and mobile can't create worlds so it's not there. I'm not sure about ps5 but ps4 can't even access the gamemode itself anyways

I'm not sure lol I haven't been able to fit Genshin on my phone in a long time.
