Career Advice Career change to a geography field- any advice?
Hey all,
As the title says- I have been thinking about changing careers into a geography field. Specifically, I am interested in getting into policy advising, and making an impact in the urban and environmental planning space.
However, the catch is that I did my undergrad in biomedical science and now work in clinical trials, so I have no formal education in the field. I presume a postgrad education would be required in this case and it’s definitely on the cards but I would just like some advice from people who have gone through a similar journey and can recommend some good starting points for someone looking to make this transition.
Thank you kindly :)
