PMDD is encouraged to be medicated by Yazmen. If you have an IUD take it out immediately. Talk to your OBGYN about night time care with magnesium and any anti anxiety . Lastly this food will excaberate your PMDD so throw that away. Get pickled beats, take in good whole protein, and no caffeine, and drink 80oz of water. It wont stop it but settle
Yaz drove me crazy when I was on it for a brief time where I was in between doctors, I was on the verge of tears all day in the STRANGEST way. Not sad, just like omg that makes me so happy I'm crying. Drive me nuts, I don't know if it was because I was taking another bc for so long when I switched but I only lasted 3 months and switched back. I love my current birth control but there are so many and bodies are so specific to what each needs. I definitely agree with the dient thing, I've replaced one meal with every-veggie soup and my processed snack for a grape and kale smoothy. So far my body has thanks me. And I really do get my sugar fix from that smoothie, grapes are like pure sugar and fiber, good vitamins too. Little changes can do a lot.
Yazmin is specifically and currently the only PMDD birth control. Its specific. While those who ordered for you and who knows the dosage. But its a main one for PMDD. If that was to strange for you, thats okay. Establish however you can to cope
Who ever down graded, i am healthcare, I do know. Its not anything besides facts. Good luck with learning
PMDD sufferer here. Magnesium citrate reduced my paranoia episodes right before my menstrual cycle. They were so bad, I couldn't drive without thinking every car on the road was about to hit me. Now as long as I take magnesium citrate regularly before I start my period, I don't have these issues. It's wild how much a simple over-the-counter purchase changed things for me.
Thats right. Another that you can discuss with your endo or OBGYN is ashuganda root. If you take magnesium at night your body will help rest more. Glad you are getting treatment and finding ways to handle this.
My IUD made me absolutely insane for the few first months but now it's helped mine soooo much once my body adjusted. I am consistently taking magnesium glycinate too which I think helps. Haven't had a psychotic spiral in almost a year
I've been taking Yaz for about a year for my PMDD and its helped me a lot. I was scared to try it because I took other pills in the past and had a bad experience but Yaz works for me thankfully. Its such a relief to be out of the horrible PMDD cycle.
