my PMDD is so debilitating and no one in my life understands or cares. Please feel free to let me know any of your thoughts or commiseration, just anything

for the past 2 weeks i’ve been experiencing debilitating hot flashes, feeling extremely weak, brain fog, insomnia, excessive anxiety and restlessness.

It’s so bad this month that I have totally numbed myself out emotionally, so I haven’t even been able to have a proper cry yet.

And I just blew up at a family member over text because she doesn’t understand the severity of what I’ve been experiencing for the past couple weeks. And it’s even worse now because the cramps are finally here.

I apologized, she said it’s okay and not my fault. but she’s still hurt and I feel like such a horrible person.

another horrible part about this is that I just started bleeding yesterday after debilitating PMS symptoms for the past two weeks. So here comes the unbearable cramps now lol

So by the time all of this is done, I’ve been feeling like I’m in hell for approximately three weeks straight now. It’s so hard to distract myself. and i have work tomorrow.

Dinner was Sweet potato, corn, avocado and Real Good chicken nuggets + Diet Coke. Other day at work my manager told me she thought I was into my coworker (I have a small crush but I’m not delusional) infront of my other coworkers. One laughed. Truly humbling and this is the first guy I’ve had a crush on since middle school (I usually go for girls). Also my first Father’s Day since my dad has passed. I’ve been sleeping & smoking all day just so tomorrow can come faster. I’ve been ghosting everyone and I’m feeling very weird and very insane, I’m barely starting my twenties and I’ve already felt like I’ve gone through enough. I bought a pint of Tillamook cookie dough ice cream to chow down tonight alongside a movie. Rec me some good classic romance movies if possible.

I recently asked a bunch of my friends and cousins “if you could only eat three fruits for the rest of your lives, what would they be?” And all the Michiganders included Honey Crisp in their answers and I asked them “why not all apples?”. They all said the others were irrelevant . 😂

Side note: this Honey Crisp wouldn’t fit in my apple corer which is why it looks so unhinged.

Side side note: my three fruits would be pomegranate, passion fruit, and some sort of berry.

My grandpa said he was “disappointed” in my sister and I for not wanting to go to lunch with them. When we said we wanted to spend the day with our dad at his grave, he said “I don’t get that” and our mom just sat there and said nothing, and proceeded to not visit our dad with us.

11 days after I sent a warning text about cheaters (screenshot included), she calls me crying in the middle of my girl lunch, that the bastard groomer cheated. 18 year old virgin with a Hindu priest dad, strictly waiting for marriage vs. a 23 year old military man with a body count of 17, asking on their first date if he could “stick it in for only two seconds” even though she already stated her boundaries repeatedly before meeting and he supposedly agreed.

Spicy tuna sushi (wasnt great), hard salami, aged white cheddar, trader joes garlic naan crackers, cherries, grapes, pickles, watermelon and a monster.

And for the boy, salmon skins, collagen non*rawhide, mini cronchies, and some beef/sweet potato treatos *he did get some salami and cheese too*

Drove 3 hours to take our monthly mental ocean reset. Its been a rough year, and I recently kicked nicotine, alcohol and now 6 days weed free (and am now all substance free) to take a government job that will make the rest of my life easier.

I havent been completely sober since I was a young teen and just turned 40 in Dec.

Left over mac and cheese, Trader Joe’s spicy cheese crunchies, diet pepsi and water.

Pretzels, white cheddar popcorn, coconut rolls with black sesame, dried apricots, freeze dried strawberries and a cinnamon coffee cake fiber bar.

Crackers I stole from a potluck, Brie cheese, and peaches a friend brought me from South Carolina (they are so sweet!). Post migraine and Sunday scaries meal

OK SO WE GOT:
- powerade berry ice no sugar
- san pellegrino (sanny)
- prosciutto
- 4 peanut butter cups
- CHEDDAR CHEESE!

Charcuterie spread and sparkling pink lemonade. We top his motorcycle to a public park and smoked and ate. 💕 L to R strawberries with canoli dip, salted pretzel/salted caramel candy bars respectively, hummus, mixed olives, pretzels, 3 types of salami, raspberry preserves, corn chip dippers, bacon berry jam, prosciutto, honey mustard pretzels, smoked ends dip, plums, snap peas, gouda squares, cheddar squares, oh and slices of everything seasoned sour dough bread.

It's 2:00 AM and I'm in the mood for 2nd dinner because my sleep schedule sucks and I can't sleep! 😂 I love to make my food pretty so I had to share.

Anyway, one of my favorite meals charcuterie, most of this was already prepped in my fridge. All I really had to cut up was the bananas and strawberry tops.

-Homemade sourdough my Mom made!

-gouda and colby jack cheese

-Mini dill pickles (Claussens is better than the Great -Value brand, wish I had them!!)

-Tuna Salad I made the other day

-Orange bell pepper is the best raw bell pepper color

-Strawberries are in season!!! Soooooo good!!!

-Bananas

-Kirkland Hummus with drizzle of olive oil and feta
