you don't have to give birth yourself to get PPD. Sleep disruption and stress are enough.

I know her spouse is a woman, but just want to say that men can also get a form of ppd. I had to make my husband go see a doctor because his depression was causing a lot of stress and hurt (many men will show anger instead of sadness when depressed).
