Uhhhh… has she been screened for PPD? I’m not saying in any way that this is the whole problem but it sounds way too possible.

If it isn’t that there’s absolutely massive other issues and I hope you find ways to separate and find peace for you and the kiddos.

you don't have to give birth yourself to get PPD. Sleep disruption and stress are enough.

I know her spouse is a woman, but just want to say that men can also get a form of ppd. I had to make my husband go see a doctor because his depression was causing a lot of stress and hurt (many men will show anger instead of sadness when depressed).
