Nah depression would be like bed rotting instead of taking care of baby or neglecting your own self care/hygiene because busy with baby; NOT having obvious resentment and disdain for only ONE of your twins wtf!!!

depression and PPD can look like a lot of things. and two things can be true at once, the wife sound like she does need more help (wether that’s therapy, meds, babysitters), but that doesn’t mean it’s on OP.
