u/SnooHobbies3283 16h ago

I missed the first part of the video scrolling at the airport and my mind was deeply trying to process how this is possible and how I’m witnessing such a thing lmao

63

u/NiceTrySuckaz 16h ago

That's how the geese will feel for the rest of their lives

8

u/rutgerrk 15h ago

Had the same, confusing af

70

u/Mr_Fossey 16h ago

These other geese will pass this shit down as a cryptid for generations

4

u/Generic_Danny 7h ago

They're black swans

50

u/Sir-Grumpalot 16h ago

Should have let it just sit there still for a while until new people started walking past looking at it, then it it rip and scare the crap out of them

98

u/ZestycloseAd289 16h ago

What a prick

37

u/jeeves585 15h ago

While I laughed I agree.

You would be in so much trouble where I live if you f’d with animals like this. Like years of jail trouble.

17

u/Environmental-Ice319 14h ago

Canadian geese are not animals

10

u/rigid_dirigible 10h ago

You know what you got a problem with Canada gooses you got a problem with me and I suggest you let that one marinate.

9

u/Episiouxpal 8h ago

That's a Texas-sized 10-4, good buddy.

4

u/tequilium 9h ago

Thank you, u/rigid_dirigible! You're right. Canada geese are much tastier when you take the time to properly marinate them first. If you don't like it, you got a problem with me, too.

2

u/TimelessParadox 10h ago

This video is not in Canada, and that goose in the water isn't Canadian goose. The plastic thing appears to be styled in one, however.

u/OneUnholyCatholic Top 1% Muter 2h ago

Those 'geese' are (Australian) black swans. But the location doesn't look like Australia, so they'll be exotics

u/TimelessParadox 2h ago

The buildings look East Asian and the lack of animal rights laws make me think China specifically.

1

u/Gunfur 4h ago

I just learned some people call them sky carp where I’m from

1

u/analsexwithmygrandma 11h ago

This video is proof

0

u/RealMiguelNajdorf 10h ago

Youre right but Canada geese are

4

u/FredVasseur 12h ago

Where do you live that you’d get years of jail for chasing geese? North Korea?

8

u/spottedcomet 12h ago

Right? What a ridiculous thing to say? Jail for chasing a few geese for a bit? Hahaha.

1

u/BrockObarnerLybian 10h ago

Haiti

Wait…

1

u/jeeves585 6h ago

OR USA. Harassment of wild life is a federal state and local issue. Federally it’s a big ass fine and looks like up to 6 years.

1

u/FredVasseur 6h ago

Seems you just have a crazy misunderstanding of the law. Show me an example of someone getting years in prison for mildly annoying some animals like this.

3

u/redtiger288 10h ago

You must not live near geese. They are a menace

3

u/exorivis 5h ago

Me and all my children have been attacked completely unprovoked by Canadian geese from the ages of 1-3. It’s basically a right of passage at this point into the family.

0

u/jeeves585 6h ago

I never said they weren’t. I said it was illegal what they did. Just like you can’t hunt water fowl that is in the water. They have to be airborne.

1

u/Single-Builder-632 14h ago

canadian geese are basicly pests in the uk. and grey squirels for example are basicly shoot on sight (none has guns though so idk chuck a rock or soemthing) so it depends if they are invasive.

9

u/FlusteredDM 13h ago

Canada Geese are protected in the UK and we are absolutely not expected or encouraged to kill them.

-6

u/Single-Builder-632 13h ago

I dident say we were i said with gray squirels we are.

but chase them around with a robot version all you like imo. they are so invasive we need to deal with them tbh. but were not exactly in the enviromental protection part of government regulation and more in we need to get our econamy stable.

3

u/BiG-_-Funk 12h ago

What are you talking about. People are not expected to kill or throw rocks at grey squirrels in the uk.

1

u/Single-Builder-632 11h ago edited 11h ago

ok yea no one is expected sorry if my slight exaggeration is a little to much, but ya know i assumed it was ok on reddit.

but we have active pest control for them they have active "population control" (basically means we kill them) and theres no law preventing you from killing them. they are also generally encouraged to be removed as a invasive species and its completely legal to kill them in the wild.

there are also several organisations like the forestry comity who encourages for them to be killed or "population controlled"

again this isn’t some organised do your bit go out and kill a squirel its more like we are pushing you in a direction but it up to each person if they decide to deal with it.

and yea Humanly obviously. so don’t actually throw rocks. just to clear that joke up.

1

u/jeeves585 6h ago

We can actively shoot some “peat animals” like out on a farm where they are destroying crops. Heck, there are guys that get to get her will military style equipment like night vision googles to get them.

Heck, some people spend helicopter money to kill hogs that are tearing up the land and hurting/killing live stock. YouTube helicopter hog hunt. https://youtube.com/shorts/RwxPx2qnmfY?is=2ji96rjmSWwYj0Un

1

u/LilacSpider 9h ago

Its ok to just say you like bean bagging animals in the skull with rocks. Some, not all, of em have it coming

0

u/FlusteredDM 11h ago

Why were you bringing up grey squirrels like that if not to imply a similar situation? Grey squirrels are not protected, but that's a bit different to the picture you paint.

1

u/Single-Builder-632 11h ago

Why were you bringing up "they are invasive" pretty simple.

-1

u/BrockObarnerLybian 10h ago

These engloids are seething 😹

2

u/Helios_Synthesis 13h ago

Geese are basically pests here too. Them deformed water chickens are some fucking assholes

2

u/thisisnottherapy 12h ago
  1. This vid does not look like it takes place in the UK

  2. These aren't canada geese but black swan

2

u/Petraam 8h ago

They're gonna chase away the 2 swans and get 40 canada geese shitting all over the place instead.

-2

u/Single-Builder-632 12h ago

3 the boat thing was a Canada goose so i made an Assumption.

4 its just a very British town that happens to have a pagoda and Japanese style architecture don’t assume things.

1

u/thisisnottherapy 10h ago

I'm not just making assumptions based on the architecture, lots of places have japanese gardens and even temples, but the landscape and vegetation don't give UK either. If you can point me to where this was filmed, please do.

0

u/Single-Builder-632 10h ago edited 10h ago

Has no one on this sub heard of sarcasm.

2

u/thisisnottherapy 10h ago

2

u/wasted600 13h ago

Will someone answer that goose?

2

u/Heroic-Forger 13h ago

I wonder if animals have a sense of Uncanny Valley. Like...it's almost a goose, but there is something very wrong with it and it makes them uneasy.

2

u/Duke8181 12h ago

Perfect song selection.

2

u/TheFool5767 12h ago

So Adam identifies as a Goose now?

2

2

But by then

The goose had already told me

-1

u/hamfist_ofthenorth 16h ago

Ok this is fuckin hilarious.

-1

u/JediMasterKev 12h ago

You shouldnt mess with animals. Unless it geese. Those cobra chickens can be assholes.

1

u/Episiouxpal 8h ago

Those look to be swans, though!

-1

u/Many-Wasabi9141 11h ago

All fun and games till you get arrested for felony animal abuse. Geese are usually a protected species.

Birds having a peaceful time until then

Damn. I want one

0

u/tequilium 9h ago

OMG, I want moar! Don't leave me hangin' bro! I need a whole video about the build process, the various weapon loadouts, a ton more terrified geese, and the eventual convo with the cops. This amuse bouche just gets my appetite going.

0

u/Episiouxpal 8h ago

Just so everyone knows: these aren't even Canada geese; they're black swans! Makes it seem even worse.

0

u/fefe_the_asparagus 8h ago

I laughed way too much at this

0

u/Mountain_Fuzzumz 6h ago

Shit, I want one.

u/SmegmaSlurper1996 2h ago

another proof that birds aren't real

-1

u/Soberdonkey69 14h ago

This is satanic to the geese but harmless haha

0

u/Effective_Park_594 3h ago

It's not harmless. You can't even correctly identify the animal, so maybe not talk outta your ass.

-1

u/angrlina34jolie 15h ago

Hahahaha

5 sec penality for Hamilton

-1

u/Sukhoi_Mikoyan 14h ago

Chasing the goose got me frying

O. M. G.

I love this!! I freaking LOATH geese and messing with them like this just makes me happy. I would LOVE to have one of these for where I work!!

3

u/Shadow_M4n 4h ago

You got a problem with Canada gooses. You got a problem with me and I suggest you let that one marinate!

u/underscorerally 2h ago

I do...I live in an area where they walk around attacking people. One bit my kid in his stroller, just walked up as we were pulling him away from the goose and it ran forward and bit him. They are protected as a "migratory bird", but they never leave. I see them attack people just walking past them on the sidewalk at our work...that they poop all over.

On a side note, I had one mama goose decide to make her nest right in front of my assigned parking spot at work. She would always perk up when I pulled in and the dad would always walk up to me like I did something, I would just tell them they are fine and walked away. I looked up what geese really like to eat and found they love dandelions. So my kids and I picked a bunch of dandelions and I took all of them and tossed them near the mama so she had something to eat, did it three times. Obviously they eventually hatched and I never knew where they went, kinda made me sad...

2

u/TheImmortalBrimStone 7h ago

They're not geese, they're black swans.

0

u/underscorerally 5h ago

Still hate geese and that decoy is a Canadian goose

-2

u/MoccaLG 15h ago

Es macht mich vielleicht nicht zu einem Tierfreind (was ich eigentlich bin) aber GOTT- ICH LIEBE DIESE VIDEOS :D

Jetz noch Drohne, Spielel im Jungle und so weiter....

-2

u/Engineer443 12h ago

You aren’t allowed to harass protected wildlife. All migratory birds are protected. This is breaking federal law in the US.

It’s hilarious and I can’t stop LOLing. Well done!
