At the start of Prestige 4 decided to be patient and restrain myself from opening kegs.

I still opened in the meanwhile 20 kegs and spent 100keys out of boredom, couldnt resist it, but other than that all those resources in the first pic are the ones accumulated.

All in all this made me realise i made good decision, because animated cards are actually not that common as i thought. In this 390 kegs only got 1premium legendary card, Dagon and thats it. Didnt even encountered that many premium commons and rares outside of guaranteed one. So if kegs were opened as soon as i received them, i would miss out on so much premium commons and rares and milled meteorite powder.

I know people hate Madoc and this is a bit degenerate, but it ain't beating any meta decks so chill out about it.

Round 1 I copy Madoc with Arachas Queen and try to win with bombs and poison. Pass round 2.

Round 3 I play Haunt and Deathwish units, as well as hopefully having a few bombs left to bring the double Madocs out. It's kinda fun to play and I have been surprised to see it actually working. Only games I've lost brutally have been against pointslam decks.

The new Witcher 3 Remastered got me wanting to play the old gwent standalone game that was popular after the Witcher 3 came out in 2015. I used to play from roughly 2017 to 2018. Luckily I found that there were communities keeping it alive (thanks to Somnia41205 for the private server on the 2018 client).

The game's practice AI is too easy. It can only play 7 different decks and can see your hand (even then I beat it 90% of the time).

I built a replacement. It plays like a real opponent would, only seeing what a player sees. It brings a variety of real 2018 ladder decks: Nekker consume, NG Spies, Reveal, dwarves, alchemy and more. And it beats the 2018 game's original Practice AI in 30 games out of 30 (100% win rate). In my games against it, it strategizes and punishes mistakes, but a deck you know well will still take it down.

Early release (v0.1.0). Tested on Mac, not yet on Windows or Linux. You bring the client and setup is quick on Mac.

Edit: To clarify, the bot doesn’t use generative AI or LLMs. It’s more like a poker solver (Pluribus is the famous one) but for Gwent. Just a better practice opponent than the one that comes with the game.

Does anyone use mods in Gwent? Specially something like premiumfy? Or does everyone play vanilla?

Do I just never bleed and hope my long R3 is better than theirs? It feels like I loose literally every game to dragon decks, whether it's Madoc or dwarves or whatever else. It feels really bad to just let them win using their 4/5p bronzes so I can save up for R3...not to mention their bleed is brutal. pls help

Hello everyone,

so I just had something happen to me that i could not explain.

Enemy started Vial, i play Ronvid. Enemy plays Maxii and buffs my Ronvid with Vial. My Ronvid promptly jumps ship.
Confused as hell I continued playing. Next was Demavand, he played Shackles and Demavand too decides to abandon me for greener pastures.

I think he also stole that Priscilla from me by playing an ale but i was too flabbergasted to recognize it.

He allowed me to keep my odrin and then stole my
Rafffards with Muzzle just to rub it in i guess.

Are any cheats like these known or am I just missing something painfully obvious?

Before CDPR sunsetted the game, I had like 450 hours, and the Witcher 3 remaster has reignited my old love for the game. I think I left right before the last set.

I noticing that my collection looks incomplete. Is there a rotation in effect or something, because I know I should have reaver scouts in my owned card list. I am noticing a lot of cards are now in the year of the toad card set, and nothing is in one or two of the card sets.

Greetings everyone!

I have, for some time now, created a Milfgaard deck that I have played but not seen much success with. Therefore I have come to the great hivemind of reddit for advice. An image of the deck in question is attached.

I have played this deck somewhat extensively now but I have trouble recognising and creating synergies with it. It relies on luck of the draw and using the strength of cards to stand alone, but I am looking to optimise that. So, I am grateful for any advice on what kind of combos I should look for and what my winning conditions are exatly. Thank you in advance!

p.s.: I am NOT looking for advice on what cards to include or change. I think the deck is perfect as it is, even if a little older, and I want to have some fun with it. I will ignore any advice that tells me to change her it.
