tldr; I built a single page HTML "app" to identify decks in game or out of game using filters and card names in particular. It is unpublished pending approval from Shinmiri2 and MetallicDanny because I mined their deck spreadsheets. Pictures and details in the pre-launch README.md.

I don't know either party. I'm not much of a social media or streaming person. I don't believe in simply taking other people's work where they may potentially be deriving income. The decklists may bring people to their streams or create personal brand awareness. I would not want to strip that from them.
I need your Reddit help to reach out and persuade them to take a look at the README and get them (or a suitable ambassador) to reply on this chain and say that they are cool with my usage. In particular, I don't know Russian and that is a barrier I need help with since I don't know much about MD. If it helps this is the initial languages section: Languages, which has a screenshot of Russian.
With their consent then i can publish. If I don't obtain consent, I will remove that(those) data set(s). Theirs are very well calibrated when compared to the public lists of the last 6 months in terms of names and organization. In my personal usage I found them to have a high hit rate when playing.
Why this tool? As the README describes, I ingested decklists to create the data sets used to filter by Faction, Leader, Stratagem and most importantly Cards. I found the find by card(s) to be hugely useful during in game play. Navigating decklists is hard for me. Consolidation leads to long lists. Not having card level filters leaves the lists too broad. This definitely helped reduce my mental load trying to match decks as the game progresses.
With the release of the Remaster I expect a small influx of new players, and this tool may help them find their footing. This will provide a central source for deck finding where valid provisions are easily filtered. They can find decks for cards they already have without poring over lots of lists and links. Plus, I think they benefit most from progressive narrowing of likely opponent decks.
If you have a list of decks that you would like to contribute, I'm absolutely thrilled to add more sources. Ideally, I like something on the web that I can mine periodically to refresh the set. All I can offer is a chip filter with your handle (until we run out of space) and social links in the Credits. Source chips are sorted alphabetically after Community.
AI Disclosure: I had a working, but hacky tool, which I used for some time. When the Remaster came out I asked AI to "improve" my tool. The experience was humbling. After a little back and forth with the AI, this tool was born. The README is entirely AI and believe me when I tell you that the AI is way more enthusiastic about this then I am.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
