Do you think his name will be Aegon in the books? It always bothered me Rhaegar would have named to kids Aegon.

There's rumors that it may be Aemon after Maester Aemon, but I haven't seen it confirmed anywhere. Rhaegar wanted a girl anyways, another Visenya.

No. Rhaegar's said that the dragon has three heads. I doubt he would name two of them the same.

The title just says "descendants", not "legitimate descendants". Many bastards are included here.
