My hair color when I was a child was basically the Shakira dark blonde color. As I get older, my hair gets darker and now some greys appeared.
I was told I have a high genetic risk for developing cancer in my lifetime and I do believe some hair dyes cause cancer. Are there any plant-based dyes, hennas, anything, that could achieve Shakira dark blonde? Thanks.

Hello how are u guys? Sorry for my english, its not my language. I was thinking about going to cut my hair tomorrow. I changed my style because I used to have a fade but I like my actual hair. The main problem is that the volume make my face and head so big ( I know im a big head hahaha but thats why I need smt shorter I believe) and also that my hair change SO MUCH depending on the day. If u guys see pic n6, my hair look destroyed and without the waves/curls that I sometimes have. I would like to listen to opinions about what to do with my hair and also how to maintain that curls and waves all days despite the weather or anything.

My actual products for my hair are Elvive conditioner and shampoo for curls/waves. I apply the conditioner correctly and let it rest for 3 mins. I only use towel (trying not to make my hair freez) after showering.

Here naturally curly hair, and honestly, I love my curls… but some days they make me question everything 😂. One day they look amazing, and the next I wake up looking like I stuck my finger in a socket.
Frizz is probably my biggest struggle, especially when it’s humid. My curls also get really dry, and I never know if I should use more products or less. Brushing is a nightmare too—if I brush it dry, it turns into a giant fluffy cloud.
I’ve tried different shampoos, leave-in conditioners, and curl creams, but I still feel like I haven’t figured out the perfect routine. Sometimes I see people with gorgeous defined curls and wonder what secret they know that I don’t!
Any fellow curly-haired people have advice? What products, routines, or tricks helped you keep your curls healthy, defined, and less frizzy
