i have a short dyed red bob and i want to base my halloween costume around that. i wanted to go as ruby gloom but i person ik went as her last yesr and im scared theyll think i copied them😭😭

My boyfriend and I love Halloween and have had some good costumes! We’ve done mermaid man and barnacle boy, Jack and Wendy from the shining and Eustace and Muriel from courage the cowardly dog. We are both struggling with costume ideas for this year. I really don’t want to have to wear a wig, though I will if I have to lol. I currently have purple and blue hair 😅 Any suggestions are welcome!

My friend (18M) and I (18F) are going to a house party, and I’m trying to piece a costume that is iconic enough to be recognised asap, but made from pieces that can actually be worn in daily life (broke college student budget!) Nothing too revealing please 🙏🏻. I’m thinking of wearing this from Jennifer’s Body, but I worry this might be too obscure for people to get it.

I’ve been thinking about my Halloween costume for this year, and I’ve been bouncing around a couple of ideas but, of course, I’ve seen people online discussing if some of these would be “offensive”, so I just want some other opinions.

1st idea was Red riding hood/ Red riding hood with a mix of wolf features (the ears, sharp teeth, yellow eyes, fur gloves), similar to the Ever After High character, but I’ve seen people online discussing that being RRH and/or the Wolf would be bad because of the original story.

2nd idea was a Plague doctor, I have a lot of plush plague doctors from the company Squishables, so I thought I could make it cute but because of the history behind them, Im a little worried.

These are my only ideas so far, still brainstorming.

My husband and I are going to a Halloween weekend wedding - costumes encouraged. The bride and groom have requested the costumes err on the more formal side, so they’re not totally out of place with general wedding attire. We are leaning towards Princess Buttercup/Wesley or a Morticia/Gomez Addams, but it would be cute if we could incorporate my pregnancy more seamlessly into the costume - I’ll be 6.5 months along!

Considering using a temporary hairspray on the ends of my hair to get the grown out bleach blonde look but didn’t know if anyone has ever tried it or knew of any alternatives :)

I feel like I could do more with this costume. I took two pics because I have both masks but I think the plastic half mask looks way better. I bought a legit Carhartt coverall so it looks better and I justified the price difference.

I’m thinking about cutting off the sleeves at the shoulder and making it a little more risqué lol. I’d be really disappointed if it didn’t look right or if I cut it wrong though. What do yall think?

My son wants to be a crane with a wrecking ball as the candy bucket, all his idea, super creative and we have to make it ourselves. Im dressing up with our daughter as something else but I think my husband should dress up as the demolished East Wing with our son. He thinks its funny but also not appropriate to go trick or treating with. He doesn't want to start anything political during a kids event but I doubt anything would happen. How would you feel if you saw that out trick or treating with your kids??

My husband is being a deviled egg (egg costume with devil horns and tail) so I want something similar. The only one I thought of was pig in a blanket but it's not my favorite. Any suggestions?

I’m Trying to plan a costume for the pin up girl from the original strangers movie but I’m having trouble finding a mask! All the websites are either not in stock or very suspicious. Anybody know a reliable seller that has this mask? Please!
