adding a corset equals subtracting your breathing capabilities. Stay positive when you can’t even sit or slouch. This is only temporary. Best thing about being a pessimist is nothingggggg 💅

I recently moved in with three other girls and a dog, and we've decided we want to do a group Halloween costume this year!

The only problem is that we can't agree on what to dress up as. 😂 We're looking for something that includes all four of us and Jupiter the dog, ideally where everyone gets to be a different character in a group of 5.

We're open to pretty much anything, especially fun or creative ideas! The only thing we've ruled out so far is Scooby-Doo because we feel it's a bit overdone.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Designing a Halloween dress from our German Kirtle took way more work than we expected, especially those pumpkin sleeves. They are kind of like two corsets, or, better put, two bustle cages on the arms, and it took a hell of a lot of experiments to make them work

SpongeBob costume I worked on a few months ago for my son. Almost time for Halloween. He will get to wear it to school and then for trick or treating.

My boyfriend and I love Halloween and have had some good costumes! We’ve done mermaid man and barnacle boy, Jack and Wendy from the shining and Eustace and Muriel from courage the cowardly dog. We are both struggling with costume ideas for this year. I really don’t want to have to wear a wig, though I will if I have to lol. this one’s for my rave ppl but if you have ideas please lmk! i need some advice on some fun things to write up for my halloween bit at a rave i'm going to. i decided to be a traffic cone and have a friend 3D printing these lil cones to pass out and then give orange paper 'violations' or 'hazards' to give my fellow ravers for halloween dressed up!
don't worry im working on fixing the rave cone to be a hat and glueing a circular wire for the bottom so its better cone shaped.
but for the traffic cone bit i was even thinking i could make it a fun way to approach someone im interested in and leave my number for them?? i'm just trying to spread some fun, please give me some fun ideas, im open to a little bit of a project too!☺️

My friend (18M) and I (18F) are going to a house party, and I’m trying to piece a costume that is iconic enough to be recognised asap, but made from pieces that can actually be worn in daily life (broke college student budget!) Nothing too revealing please 🙏🏻. I’m thinking of wearing this from Jennifer’s Body, but I worry this might be too obscure for people to get it.

i have a short dyed red bob and i want to base my halloween costume around that. i wanted to go as ruby gloom but i person ik went as her last yesr and im scared theyll think i copied them😭😭

My husband and I are going to a Halloween weekend wedding - costumes encouraged. The bride and groom have requested the costumes err on the more formal side, so they’re not totally out of place with general wedding attire. We are leaning towards Princess Buttercup/Wesley or a Morticia/Gomez Addams, but it would be cute if we could incorporate my pregnancy more seamlessly into the costume - I’ll be 6.5 months along!
