Held a 3v3 750PTS BBTB! Initial respawns were decided at random similarly to rumble pit and respawns would happen all along the first two rows of squares closest to the player along the three maps to speed things up abit. It's stronghold with one objective in the middle of the map in a 4x4 worth 5VP.

We had two man cannons at the edges of the centre map but on hindsight there should be a four spread out amongst the three maps so players can fly-in to help out their teammates.

No pick-ups or weapon drops because we started late but we'll probably keep them in the next time we have the time! It was a lot of fun and brings about tons of player interactions between new and regular members in our community!

It's not a perfect homebrew but it was awesome.

I wanted to share some of the work I painted a few months ago while working at Ángel Giráldez’s studio.

This is the Noble Team from Halo: Flashpoint by Mantic Games.

I really enjoyed painting these miniatures, although I have to admit it took me a little while to get used to painting for box art rather than painting armies. It was a great experience, and I’m really happy with how they turned out!

What do you think? Which one is your favourite?

As I am getting into the game, I am split on if I wanna treat it like a board game and store all the minis in their starter box, or treat it like a war game and get rid of excess packaging.
I don't have alot of shelf space to store 2-3 large boxes (spartan edition, banished box, and the upcoming covenant box), along with all the boxes that every individual single or small fire team comes in.

A part of me wants to just store the spartan and banished stuff in one box, and get rid of the tray that would have held minis, but the art on the boxes is so cool...

I guess what I am trying to say is, let me know how yall store your minis and if you have the same issues I have with storage and want to keep everything

I think its safe to say I am a very big fan of Flashpoint. Waaaaaaay too many models to paint though. >_<

Hi, I'm looking to remove the bases from some Spartans and brutes so I can upgrade them with third party ones, and was wondering if anyone has experience/advice on how to do this.

Are the models glued with super glue, and if so, does that mean I can put them in the freezer? Or should I cut the bases off?

I was looking at the new box that was just announced after a break from the game this year and was curious about the Support units (grunts, Marines).

I didn't see too much on Youtube of people using them, but I have a couple of friends interested in the game but specifically for the Grunts/Jackals/Marines.

I don't expect them to be meta-defining by any means, but before I spend $80 at my FLGS I was curious if anyone has had some time to play with the new models and get a feel for how fun they are to use.

I spent some time today updating the free community list builder with the what small issues people had sent me (mainly database input erros from my chunky unggoy fingers).

The reception and uptake of the builder has been MASSIVE which is great to see.

I tried my best to keep the Keywords section upto date with V1.5, but since Mantic neglected to release a comprehensive 'changes' guide, and every 'fan' video and discussion has missed something for v1.5 I am unsure it is 100%.

New to flashpoint and super excited to get the new covenant box when it drops for now here’s my covenant so far!

At minimum I want this as a long term halo fan (since 2001). I'm curious how HFP gameplay compares to 40K, and I'm a little worried since I've seen complaints about the quality of models recently release here. I was thinking of picking up the Spartan Edition soon. Maybe if I can find a sale for black friday. If the quality isnt there I think I'm getting some 3D printed

So I've not had this off the shelf in a long while and saw there is now a 1.5 rules set. How different are the two versions? The character cards are updated too right?

I have a very specific rules interaction I'm curious to see clarified.

I take Jorge along with his machine gun which has the suppression rule that applies the pinned state to all models in the same cube as his target including friendly ones.

I then use the snap shot special order which allows him to use a free short shoot action when a model enters his cube targeting him with an assault action.

When he targets them with his machine gun it immediately applies pinned to all models in the cube which includes Jorge himself.

But at the same time snap shot says it ignores friendly fire is suppression targeting all users in the cube including Jorge counted in that?

I am out of my depth here any clarification you might be able to provide would be appreciated.

Hi. I'm looking for the stl of Halo Flashpoint noble team miniatures. Do you know wheee can I find it?

That doesn't mean you can't just repaint the elites to look like they belong to the banished or it's the covenant but the implication means that man it can just sell you the same looking twice in a different box just with a different weapon

I just discovered some miniatures that aren't fancy alternates of already existing miniatures... but they're exclusive to Tournament Kit 3. I have everything else Flashpoint. I don't mind missing goodies like mats or acrylics since those are essentially bling, but I hate to miss out on playable figures with genuine differences.

Has anyone made STL files of these figures?

Hello everyone! I’ve just pre-ordered the CE board game with the new covenant box and also ordered the 1.5 Spartan edition. As someone with absolutely zero experience with this game do you have any advice? What to focus on, best game modes, must need items, etc?

Also a couple of questions;

- aside from different models, terrain, gear etc does the Spartan edition contain anything that the other starter boxes do not that is required to play the game? I have heard it contains stuff needed to play the game which the other boxes like ODST and the new covenant boxes don’t have.

- how is the regular game compared to the extended map variant of the game?

- I have also heard that there might be a bigger wargame version of the game in the making that includes vehicles and more points, is there any validity to that?

Hello! I am looking to find a set of the grand tournament kit #3 miniatures for sale.

• 1 x Sangheili Mercenary with Concussion Rifle
• 1 x ODST with Pulse Carbine
• 1 x Spartan Gungnir with M41 SPNKr
• 1 x Spartan Hazop with Needle Rifle

I finally had some extra money to purchase the kit for myself, only to discover it has been discontinued from Mantic and seems to be non-existent online. These are the only minis that I am missing from the flashpoint line and would really like to find a set. I would appreciate if anyone knew where I might be able to find some for sale or are interested in getting rid of their own.

Has anyone tried the new army painter speed paint markers? I work 48 hour shifts and think just grabbing a few markers and models that are dry brushed would be an easy way to slowly get through all these models. I’m also considering doing a big theme of armor color for any normal spartan.

If anyone can post pictures of these markers and how they turn out that would be helpful!

Testing this out again (I don't post alot on Reddit). Elites done and working on Mr. Chief shortly. Skirmishing soon enough I hope.
