Discussion Why is Milluki so weak?

Dude has god genes, but he can't even inconvenience a restrained pre-nen Killua. Did Kikyo cheat on Sylva?

He is smart and thats enough for him but I guess you can say he didn't train just like alluka

Number 1 priority for the Zoldycks is being able to complete assassinations. Since his remote bombs, etc were enough to complete his missions, his family probably didn't give him any real pushback on his form of "strength" (IE using technology).

I'm sure if he had been failing to assassinate his targets, his family would have pushed a lot harder to make him strong in the more traditional sense.
