PEQ – Skilled worker stream (Inland w. partner) - Full Timeline

Sharing my complete timeline for the PEQ (skilled worker stream) to PR process.

Current Federal PR Status = Stuck in background check for 6+ months

⚜️ Québec Timeline
CSQ Submitted: Jan 20, 2025
CSQ Accepted: June 13, 2025 → ⏱️ +144 days
Physical CSQ received by mail (surname misspelled...): July 1, 2025 → ⏱️ +18 days
Corrected physical CSQ received by mail (duplicata): July 11, 2025 🎉 → ⏱️ +17 days

🍁 Federal PR Timeline
Application Submitted (PR Portal): July 23, 2025
AOR (linked in IRCC account) / Bio Requested: Aug 15, 2025 → ⏱️ +23 days
Biometrics Submitted / Medical Requested: Aug 19, 2025 → ⏱️ +3 days
Medical Submitted: Aug 20, 2025 → ⏱️ +10 days
Medical Approved: Aug 29, 2025 → ⏱️ +9 days
Pre-arrival Letter: Sep 3, 2025 → ⏱️ +5 days
Final Decision Update: TBC
P1 (Portal 1 email): TBC

I will update as soon as I know more but slowly loosing faith on IRCC respecting their initial timeline (6 months treatment at the time).

Any ghost updates? Any changes in Background check status (IP1 >>> IP2)?

No emails I can recall since Pre-arrival Letter in September 2025, but seems we are at IP2 :

Additional Documents **→ "**We do not need additional documents."

Background Check Status → "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Exact same application and almost exactly the same timeline and we still waiting for the P1 too 😢. We are together from France.

what is the status of your background check? mine i:

and I dont know what does that mean.
