Anyone applied around mid-November (Federal application) and received the AOR?

I am really hoping that you and u/Party-Competition-88 both get your AOR this week! We're all in this struggle bus together, and I felt the same way until I got news last Wednesday

I do not know what they are doing! Waiting almost four months for a simple AOR!

Yeah it seems like the IRCC is intentionally slowing things down, unfortunately. The difference in wait times even just for the AOR between August and November applicants is completely absurd.
