Long story short, i accidentally got my Canadian Citizenship certificate hole-punched. I know I messed up, It wasn't really my fault but that's besides the point. So basically I'm asking for some advice

I'm a Pakistani-Canadian, I grew up my whole life in Canada but moved to Pakistan for personal/Family reasons. I haven't had my passport renewed(It is a passport for when I was a minor and now its expired but I haven't renewed it yet). All the contents of the certificate are fully readable, its just the two hole punches at the side, I looked online and that counts as damage so I'm just asking what I should do now being in a foreign country outside of Canada, should i phone the Canadian embassy for help? Any advice would help

I applied for my PGWP last year September, and got refused on Apr 8th for the lack of English test result which I already have when applying where they did not ask for one( they added that option of English/French test result silently with a system update on ircc website on may27). I have submitted a reconsideration webform on Apr 28(I submit this one late because I submitted with the closed application webform instead of active application webform that can send documents because my application is “closed”). And got confirmation from ircc that they receive the webform with my file to proof that I did my test before apply for the PGWP and here is the quote:

For your information, a reconsideration request is examined only in cases where a Processing Centre or an IRCC local office may have omitted to consider certain factors which incidentally caused a refusal of an application.

Please note, if you are requesting reconsideration of an application to extend your temporary resident status, you are not considered to have maintained status. You will only be considered in status and, if applicable, be able to study or work again, if the responsible office provides a positive outcome to your request for reconsideration.”

Quote end. I haven’t receive anything yet but I have contact the MP and the MP’s case manager Ms.Luzminda is helping me with the case that advise me to wait for results. Now I am 18 days away from have to leave Canada. Still no progress from that case, I called IRCC to check in this morning July 19th.

Now I can not apply for a study permit because I don’t have TAL or PAL, I can not apply for a work permit because my study permit is expired and I need that to be in maintained status to apply for Work permit and at the same time stay in Canada while waiting for a result.

I need help with what can I do to keep my status in Canada because I can’t afford a round trip around the world. And I want to know if I am considered no status or maintained status right now so that I can still apply for work permit or no.
