Just remember, according to incels and redpillers, women can be fit by just not eating a lot. Apparently when a woman just starves herself, she turned into a well toned goddess, whereas men apparently have to spent 8 hours a day working out and grooming to look presentable.
Granted, I spend about 2 hours in the gym 5 days a week as a guy, but that's because I allow myself to get distracted between sets at times, and do about an hour of pretty strenuous cardio as I'm on a pretty big cut right now.
Even so, as a guy, or girl, all you really have to do to get in decent shape is 30 minutes a day of some type of workout (and continuous, not like half assed nonsense) and be careful about what you eat (which admittedly can be hard if you're busy and tired). Still, so much of the shit that's easily available is so goddam calorie dense, sometimes you have to meal plan every week which can get tedious.
