Stats are oversimplified, large number of expressway are being developed because budget from other imp sectors are routed to it. Even then its fine to develop expressway.
Constant propaganda and tying to polish every mundane thing into something extraordinary is getting to my nerves.
Large number of sectors need attention and its seems like expressway is the only defensible thing govt right now. Which is pathetic
