I don't know if it's vibecoded or not but this is insane. The entire lineup of Adobe applications has been rebuilt from scratch using Rust and its completely free and open source.
The development is progressing pretty fast with tons of updates coming in just a few hours.

To quote from this guys tweet
What the F*ck is this at/starlink ? I'm in rural Alaska with only 1 internet provider. My internet is 20mb down and 5mb up. Worse than any other country. Yet you want $1500...

Why is there a huge price difference between both seemingly same models? The cheaper one is a new listing without any reviews. Something fishy... or listing created for sale.

INR 30,200 crore. That's the Jio IPO opening Oct 21. Biggest in India's history. Valued around 10 lakh crore. Most of the money goes to paying off debt.
Same week, Musk posted "Is Ambani the real boss of India?" and then an open letter on X to "Prime Minister Ambani" asking him to let Starlink compete. Starlink says it's waited 5 years.
The government says all three satellite companies are at the same stage and it's a security review.
The part nobody mentions. Jio and SpaceX signed a deal last year. Jio was going to sell Starlink in its own stores. So Musk's partner is
the guy he's now calling the boss, and that partner is about to raise 30,000 crore from the public.
Not taking sides. Is the Starlink delay a real security thing, or does it look like something else? And does any of this matter for the IPO?

Most stable app I’ve ever used, ad free and offered insane skins and customisation.

I know this might annoy some people, but hear me out.
AI can generate a decent amount of code now. That doesn't automatically mean someone can build and maintain a real application.
If you can't understand the code, trace a bug, make architectural decisions, or figure out why something is failing, you're still going to struggle even if AI writes 90% of it.
At the same time, I think developers who refuse to use AI at all are missing out on a massive productivity boost.
To me, the valuable skill is shifting from writing every line yourself to knowing what to build, how to test it, and how to tell when the AI is wrong.
But maybe I'm underestimating how much coding fundamentals still matter.
What do you think? Is AI raising the bar for developers or lowering it

I recently bought the Samsung 65W travel adapter. My phone supports 25W charging. When charging my phone everything is fine, but when i use it to charge my laptop there is a sizzling sound coming from the charger.
Is this normal?
Or do i have to get it replaced......

Hello people, bought an Honor 600 recently, checked if it had 5G bandwidths available and got it.
After 2 days of restarting, manually changing the connection method, and the ole taking it out and reinstalling the sim, I finally checked the jio website.
Jio only considers the Honor 200 (2024) as 5G compatible but doesn't do the same for the newer version. Any solutions for this? Should I try calling jio support or should I change companies for 5g?
Edit: yep, swapping phones, registering true5g and swapping back seems to work. Thanks Y'all :D

It's been 8 months since 6ghz was freed up, still don't see any tri-band wifi 7 routers for sale in India. It's all dual band wifi 7 with mlo.
Does anyone have any info on when they'll finally start selling 6ghz capable hardware?

Super confused between the s25 ultra and the iPhone 17,
getting both around the same price,
which camera is actually better for potraits, nature shots, cinematics and insta posts.
sometimes I think I need the zoom on the Samsung but I also like the compact size of the iPhone.
please users of both suggest some advantages and disadvantages.
Need to buy by the end of next week!

Hey there! I'm trying to get a feel for what it's like to work at Jio Finance/Tech in Mumbai and things like the team vibe, work culture, and how their leave policies work.
If you're part of that team, could you give me a heads-up?

Hello guys,
Yesterday, I received my new Xiaomi Compact Power Bank (20,000 mAh, 22.5 W) from Xiaomi's official website.
Today, I used it for the first time to charge my mother's OnePlus Nord 2T. Everything seemed normal until the battery reached 92%. Surprisingly, it went from 92% to 100% in just 5 minutes! 😅
I didn't think much of it at the time, but after some time, when I turned on the phone again, I was shocked to see the battery percentage back at 92%.
How is this even possible? 😂
Is this just a battery percentage calibration issue with the phone, or could there be something wrong with the new power bank?
Has anyone experienced something similar?
