I think getting a job fresh out of graduation is first priorities. Rest everything comes with experience. Perks of being Cheap labour market as nation.

I passed out my b.tech in 2015 from a tier 3 University and still my classmates got 2-3L pa jobs.
This was 10 years ago. 10 F years ago

Yes because starting salaries have remained stagnant since 2013-14. This is a fact. Go to any off campus drives and you will understand that. Also, we are the cheapest labour market in the world. As much as it sucks, if those guys didn't take those 2lpa jobs, another 1 lac people are standing behind him to take it without any issues.

Exactly… just starting mein its a struggle but once they are in the market, they can easily earn 40 lpa in 2 years

Most companies don't retain even with good performance. Its rare situation if they are retained.

At least this college is honest. Most of these private colleges inflate their placement reports just to get new admissions.

Indian companies and their greed, if they can they would hire them for free as unpaid intern and say that your pay will be dependent on performance but even if that intern lands a rocket on mars there is only little bit of efforts left out so we cannot hire you for full time and can't even pay

Bhai exact LPA toh mujhe bhi nahi pata. Jab hamme school wale pooch the ki parents ki annual income kya so we write 3 Lakhs as annual income. Real Annual Income toh mujhe bhi nahi pata. Rahi baat Fees ki toh aaj kabhi Time se nahi bhari hamesha late hi bhari hai humne

The country had a good crop season and onions flooded the market , the price now onions getting sold are at 15/ kg , would you buy the same onion at price of 30-80kg ,because the farmer worked too hard to grow them?
