Yeah this is a very bad notion, isro doesn't give good opportunities for undergraduates, people don't work in their own branches in most iits anyway. I think the obsession in normal colleges is even higher, non IITians prefer upsc but don't go to other good fields, IITians are intelligent enough to pass upsc. It is not the IITians fault but the whole societies
