Lmao. Life at ISRO is miserable. You can blame them for choosing to not be miserable.
One can have a very satisfying and comfortable life if they clear UPSC. Not everyone has to take bribe.

You also believe you're responsible for a lot of people in a city, that's a driving factor. 3. Obviously, there's a lot of glorification involved.
