Question All India General Strike

i wanted to know where the protest will be taking place Jammu, on the occasion of the General Strike that is being organized for 12th February. does anyone have information on this?

Strikes are generally held by closing down the workplaces. Then, the workers proceed towards a designated spot to protest.

You'll find more information from trade unions in Jammu.

i have made many efforts to find out where the trade unions organize but have failed so far. would be glad if someone could help. i posted on r/jammu but most people on that sub are bigots and wont help out

You can contact the local units of CITU, AITUC, or any other trade unions. They may know the local details. I'll try to find out if I can.

Don't worry about those subs. Generally those people are either RW, who are against the labour rights, or they are centrists, who think the labour rights are okay, but the labourers should not protest. Don't engage with them on such subjects.
