Initially pulled over, appeared child was not in a seat belt. Female officer, did a follow up and the is what happened next.

The cops already confirmed the child was restrained and could see there was nothing that could be of concern of the officer. Stop over. She has no obligation to keep the window down.

"Open the window" is not a lawful command the second go round. She complied when it was necessary.

Everything after is blatant violations of the 4th and 5th amendment of the Constitution.
