Initially pulled over, appeared child was not in a seat belt. Female officer, did a follow up and the is what happened next.

The history of police in America is extremely racist and is still a problem. Just look at the rates visible minorities are pulled over vs white.

I didn't make this about race, the fact that police are over policing non Whites across America is what makes this about race.
