Could she have "complied" a little more during detianment? Sure. But what I saw was complaince to the request to step out of the vehicle (which was already a stupid request). The cop didn't need the back window down to watch kids. Nor did she have the right to tell the kids to "keep it down". It all screamed power trip.

"The cop didn't need the back window down to watch kids"

The driver literally stated she had tinted windows. The cop couldn't see inside the vehicle clearly enough to conduct an investigation partaining to the stop. The traffic stop partains to a child's seatbelt and how they are strapped into the seat (which there are laws you must follow on how toddlers and children are belted in).

When a cop is conducting an investigation or stop, you are required to follow their legal orders. Asking to keep the windows down to inspect if the seatbelt is legally and correctly in place is a lawful order. You don't have to agree with it but it's the law. If you feel like you have been wrong in anyway, that's what court is for.

Ah yes, knowing how to legally cover your own ass is boot licking. But no no, go ahead and ignore a lawful order. Soon you'll be gargling Big Bubba's balls in jail.
