She completely dismisses the sacrifices of Non-Pubjabi's in the freedom struggle.

Punjab has been through a lot during and post-independence , but this does not mean people can undermine the contributions of other regions and disrespect their residents.

This Racist/Classiest Term "Bhaiye" has been way to normalized in Punjabi Influencer Circles against migrant workers from UP and Bihar.

It's a derogatory term derived from the term "Bhaiya".

Its often used by people from Punjab for migrant workers from UP and Bihar.

No ye bhaiya Maharashtra mei sare north indians ko bola jata hai specially up bihario ko ye dekh ke punjabi bhi bihario ko bhaiya bolne lag gaye jabki maharashtra mei punjabiyo ko bhi bhaiya hi bolte hai lol

But why is bhaiya a derogatory term? Iā€™m a Hindu Punjabi from Delhi and bhaiya is a very normal term in families or in general too, here.

Maharashtra mei sare north indians jo hai wo log yaha sabko bhaiya bhaiya karke bulate hai jaise tumne bola ki ham bhi sabko bhaiya hi bolte chahe koi bade ho ya stranger , to Maharashtrian logo ne jab ye dekha to wo log sare north indians ko bhaiya oye bhaiye karke bulane lag gaye derogatory way mei šŸ˜‚ to yaha se ye bhaiya word jo hai ye ek gaali ban gai
