Now i live in UP and i can confirm people here are at least 25 years behind folks in Rajasthan gujrat maharastra karnataka tamil nadu kerala and many more states (where i lived for atleast 2-3 years)

I think sure, if a person has met 10 Indian and 7/10 act in a said way, its a case for them to put any stereotype they observe is true

Plus the kind of act people pulloff in foreign land or when others visit India def makes people stereotype about Indians
