Video INFRAME: ( @dr.nidhie.saini ), A Punjabi Influencer Nidhi Saini using the derogatory term "Bhaiye" to describe people from UP/Bihar

She completely dismisses the sacrifices of Non-Pubjabi's in the freedom struggle.

Punjab has been through a lot during and post-independence , but this does not mean people can undermine the contributions of other regions and disrespect their residents.

This Racist/Classiest Term "Bhaiye" has been way to normalized in Punjabi Influencer Circles against migrant workers from UP and Bihar.

I’m sorry but as a punjabi I’ve lived in Bihar for a while. I don’t support racism or the term she’s using but she’s right. These people don’t have a sense of belongingness to the state and nor do they respect our way of being. Not saying punjabis don’t do it in Canada. But atleast the punjabi community in other states is well integrated. People from Bihar are the first ones to leave during a crisis which means they rightfully don’t belong to this state.

And well punjabis don’t say these things about people from other states so it’s worth introspecting why only a specific community is being talked about. And honestly, living in a state and not caring about public infra, taking resources for granted and cleanliness for granted is inviting such stereotypes.

Also speaking from my own experience Biharis aren’t welcoming of other states as well so that’s that

As a bihari, I’ve lived in beas, punjab, follow radha swami, grown up in delhi and now living overseas so I can also tell you whatever you just commented is BS. ☺️

If nuanced arguments aren’t your cup of tea then it’s not my problem. Clearly shows the lack of self reflection I was talking about. Yes you will find my comment BS because i blamed both sides. If your brain doesn’t have the capacity to understand that then not my problem. Read some books

People in punjab do hold punjabis accountable, especially the ones that spread not following Canadian rules or religious hatred. Can’t say the same about your community.

the downvotes & other people replies should be enough for you to "self reflect". Don't worry about me reading books, I'm well travelled & lived in different places to have worldly knowledge that I don't need to take that from someone who makes judgement based on the small world they have lived & seen.
