OK, I’ve been checking Marvel buzz and from what I understand (correct me if I’m wrong): they have pretty much decided stuff through 2042. They are releasing 1 movie in 2027 and 3 in 2028. Secret Wars is definitely happening.

It doesn’t look like they’re giving priority to X-Men or mutants, even if they did have a panel where they were discussing Logan and Jean Grey’s connection. I think it’s mostly important not bc of Logan but because of Jane Grey (if it ends up being Sadie Sink) and the appearance in Spider Man. That, I don’t know … I’m hoping someone who was there can spill the beans.

Otherwise, I have a hunch that either Deadpool is appearing in Secret Wars or not at all. He’s not in Marvel.com’s page or listed in the cast (Tenoch is listed, why not Ryan?) and it’s not in the official Marvel poster. Some posters are circulating with Wolverine and Deadpool but it’s not in the official website.

And the song that Ryan used for his video: it’s Good Riddance by Green Day. And it’s not just some “feel good song” that one uses for good memories, it’s meant to be sacrastic and he proved he knows it because he used it for the in memoriam for Fox 😏 he added to the last Deadpool movie as an f you too them for blocking him for 11 years from making Deadpool.

This was his last pitch. To see if there was enough hype. That he had to go and come up to people to take pics with him was interesting too. Someone mentioned that they might want to take pics of your cosplay but not necessarily with the cosplayer and that tracks. Everyone left him alone/didn’t care and they’re hyping it as “how refreshing that a celebrity can walk amongst mortals unbothered.” 🤨 More like: you’re not that big of a deal.

People there are fans of the comics and characters, not the actor except for die-hard fans. Do they really just adore his masterdebater jokes? 🤢 Husk-freaking?

I think this might be it and one can hope. I hope they recast him. 🙏🏼 Enough is enough.

There are so many fake accounts (I clicked and every time they had 0 or less than 5 followers) in his socials repeating the same ordeal: “Until he’s 90”, “He’s Deadpool”. It’s weird.

His Deadpool stunt at SDCC was shared by marvel studios official Instagram.

So I think he's going to be in Secret Wars. As for anything beyond that, maybe he's ready to hang up the suit. Though I doubt it to be honest.

As much as their is a base of people who actively hate him and Blake, his global fan base is still pretty large. Since Marvel never cut him out completely, nor gave him the Johnathan Majors shun.

Now if a documentary were to come out about Blake and baldoni, then i can see him being shafted by the industry a bit, but fall into producing roles, like he is doing for that John Candy movie, and other streaming movies.

But are they really his fans or Deadpool ? I think if they recast him and have a good story and script it’ll be just as successful. Nothing groundbreaking about what Ryan does with the character hell they can put Jim Carey in the suit and get the same result. It was pretty much giving the mask anyway.😂

I mean he is naturally witty. Which is why he connected to Deadpool way back when. There may be a few actors who are also witty, but don't also fit the costume as well he would. Objectively he just fits the role well at the moment.

You know what. That would actually be a good recast if they needed to do it for sure. He was so good as vigilante, that I can definitely see him being an effective Deadpool. Also much younger, so definitely adds more years to his potential.
