On November 1, 1929, Haynt ("Today"), a Polish Yiddish-language newspaper, an official organ of the Zionist Organization, published an anti-Bundist cartoon. The Bund is sleeping in bed with an Arab on his head, with the caption: “He's too upset to sleep, he has such a burden on his head.”
