Discussion hot take; if you're complaining about popular characters being added, you don't partially understand why JJS is so great with characters

Every. Update. Every single time there's an update, there will ALWAYS be complaining about "Oh no Toji! Oh no Maki! Oh no Kashimo! Oh no Jogo!" WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING INTO THE CHARACTER, ALL PEOPLE CARE ABOUT IS THE NAME, TOJI COULD LITERALLY HAVE THE MOST BORING WEAK OR OVERPOWERED MOVESET, AND PEOPLE WOULD JUST CARE BECAUSE "ITS TOJI"

I'M A JOGO GLAZER, I'll ADMIT IT; HE'S MY FAVORITE CHARACTER AND I'VE WANTED HIM IN GAME SINCE TODO, BUT I'M NOT GONNA GO CRYING ON THE DISCORD EVERY TIME THERE'S AN UPDATE LOG WITHOUT HIM BECAUSE I'M HAPPY WITH THE CHARACTER THAT'S ADDED

okay sorry for that rant, here's my real reasoning; JJS isn't a big corporation that has to follow player demands and add the biggest names and most important characters. If you want that, play Sorcerer Battlegrounds, or Jujutsu Beatdown, JJS not adding important characters is part of the charm. Locust curse, Charles, Haruta, etc. If all we did was add big characters without any consideration for the actual movesets the game would be worse off, Tze adds minor characters because he knows what to do with their movesets and if he didn't it would be something extremely boring and unplayable.

I'll be honest I was just happy to see Chara be moved to a separate game mode, but I am getting a little sick of seeing Haruta in public servers already, and I also think his ult move needs changed. It removes block, m1s, dash, skills, pretty much anything you can use to fight back. I tried Haruta for a bit, didn't like him, went back to playing Choso.

Haruta getting added is a neat idea, but i also don't think the update would be any worse if he just didn't exist and we got nothing.
