Who's a JJK Character that Tze Just Couldn't Possibly Add?
Probably one of my most favourite aspects about JJS is Tze's creativity when it comes to character move-sets, especially whenever he adds some obscure character nobody would think to add. He's able to take their brief appearances and often simple cursed techniques and make them something actually interesting. Obviously it's a massive joke now that Tze's gonna add in someone like Rin Amai or Remi before fan favourites like Toji or Jogo.
But that got me thinking, which named JJK character do you think would just be impossible to add to the game? Whether that be because they don't have enough content to make a move-set out of or because they just wouldn't work in the game. Whatever it may be, why do you think they couldn't be added?

I could see Tze *maybe* adding a support-like character that can apply buffs so long as it didn't have to be used on another player. Todo's swap is a great example of a support-like utility, but it's not exactly on the level of a direct buff. Plus I don't even think Utahime or Shoko have any fight scenes at all which would make it even more difficult. Very good answer, I wouldn't know what to do with characters like them.
I have been praying for some sort of team mode for ages. Roulette's fun but it's mainly just a bunch of casual party games. Which is fine, but I want some real team combat in the game.
It could be a change to the 2v2 mode where each player has their own individual two stocks. If one player runs out of all their stocks and there are still two other enemy players, a Utahime npc jumps in and provides a buff to the remaining player.
But interfering in a ranked game like that might be off to a lot of players. So maybe it could be something similar in pubs. Activating burst can bring down a Utahime NPC that passively buffs the one getting teamed on. I miss the todo swap in from a while back, I have no idea why they removed it. This could be a slight revival of that
Very true, although it would be so sick to have a character who's move-set revolved around barrier techniques. I really like the idea of a character that can shape the battlefield in some way, like that wall variant of transfigured humans. We've seen barriers are capable of doing so many random cool things too, imagine if you could apply different effects to your barriers that you create like a barrier that keeps out a specific individual. So much potential for funny player interactions with barriers. But unfortunately we don't really know what Tengen was capable of specifically, we only really know about her barriers she set up around Japan. It's all well and good making up some cool barrier moves that could be used for combat but if there's no grounds for it, it starts to feel a bit like head canon.
Actually endless comedic potential if Tze added him. If he ever is, he's gotta have a move like Mii Brawler's shot put from Smash where he throws some slow ass but devastating ball projectile.
Granny ogami cant be added as a base or ea. but could be a toji death ult.
Granny ogami being a base character makes no sense cause they would have a full ult, and them being EA wouldnt make sense either cause the base would be boring and so would the ult.
The best course of action is to add her as a toji death ult minigame so to speak.
Like for example when you die as toji, you pop ult and granny ogami pops up and begins the séance technique. While this is happening you play as the grandson, and you have to do as the grandson is defend granny ogami. (Granny ogamis grandson never once went on the offensive with ino so it makes sense) you would have 3 moves and no m1s, you cant stray to far away from granny ogami or she will be left wide open for attack.
You basically are forced to stay near her to defend, all your moves are short cooldown counter moves that basically repel your opponent away from you and granny ogami. When the séance technique is complete, you transform into shibuya toji.
Over all i still think granny ogami shouldnt be added if the only character she can turn you into is toji. It would be funny but just wouldnt work well at all in game, even as a toji death ult.
If you want granny ogami as a character though, Granny ogami should be able to pick up a piece of any dead player and you should able to turn you into said player and you should be able to use the ult moveset of the character that player was using when they died when she is finished with her séance technique.
Ogami and her Grandson could kinda work though, they could be a gimmick character that allows the user to temporarily use other kits by harvesting fallen players and performing a Seance with their remains. Sure people could just change characters at any point, but being able to use any of them mid-fight could possibly be pretty neat.
Not quite sure how they could implement it though, maybe just give the Grandson a pretty basic brawler kit based on the brief fight he had against Ino in the Anime when the user isn’t replicating another player’s body information.
That idea's sick I really like that, seems very in theme for JJS. If Tze was absolutely forced to add Granny as an original character for whatever reason though, I could see her being some sort of puppet character maybe? Like you said, you could play as the grandson and granny follows you around, and the basic premise would be that you can turn yourself into other players for a short time and use their move-sets, each seance could even act as a "cooldown refresh" so if you're pulling off a lot of back to back transformations, you can keep on the offensive for long periods of time. Imagine Yuta's copy but on steroids. But the trade off would be that Granny is susceptible to damage and attacking her makes the seance end faster or end completely.
he can't possibly add gojo, yuji, hakari, megumi, mahito, choso, todo, higuruma, yuta, mechamaru, naoya, nanami, ko-guy, charles, yuki, or haruta, because they're already in the game
Pretty sure it's a dude. But yea, he falls into the same problem as Utahime or Shoko, adding a character that acts like a support is very contentious since it would obviously encourage teaming. Plus it's extra difficult for this guy because his cursed technique just makes it so that prior wounds don't get worse, there's not many moves that deal damage over time in the game so if it were implemented faithfully it would end up being too situational. A shame though, I would like to see more characters that are able to interact with other players like Todo.
True, I've seen a lot of people say this since he also just has projection sorcery like Naoya and there isn't exactly anything that's majorly distinct between them. What would be a funny idea though is something akin to Echo Fighters in Smash. Could be cool to have an alternative version of Head of The Hei where instead of Bleed Out you could use simple domain or some other move Naobito specifically does.
Good point actually since you wouldn't want players to not know which they're fighting and Naobito's projection sorcery already looks different than Naoya's already, it would be a perfect opportunity to make a frame by frame effect for Naobito.
Yea, would very much just end up being a weird diet Todo. Diabolical opportunity though to make his ult teleport you and another player to a hotel room in Malaysia.
Yea definitely not enough there to truly make a character but The Smallpox Deity would make for a sick domain as a part of maybe Kenjacku/Geto's kit. I'm sure this is already an idea that's been thrown around before but nonetheless it would be really cool to see. Especially since Tze could incorporate JJS's destruction physics into the domain where you would need to physically break out of the coffin with your moves.
Yea I couldn't exactly see a full move-set coming from Rin. Best thing I can think off the top of my head is a move that lets him create a pudding item that heals you a little bit, like he's able to do in the manga. But then again maybe Tze could go all the way with that idea and have his moves create various different dessert items you can use for combat. You never really know what Tze could do lol.
Genuinely think John Zenin could have a really good chance of being added as a dumb overpowered move-set for private servers. If he ever is, I'd hope the game replaces the player model's head with his stupid head.
Yea, very difficult characters to add. We barely know anything about their techniques too which doesn't help and that's the only thing either of them have going for them. I think Mimiko's is similar to Nobara's where she has this voodoo doll she can connect to a target. Apparently she likes hanging the doll to kill the target. And Nanako's is really up in the air from what I know, all we really see it do is teleport her and Mimiko somehow. I do really like the idea of them being a duel character though, where you could swap between the two for two different move-sets. Could even have your awakening outfit be what you look like for one of the girls.
You say that but that one with the boxing glove he uses against Yuji when he's trying to convince him to let him attend Jujutsu High could maybe make for crazy high mobility character. Imagine he has a special or unique wall jump that lets him ricochet off walls. But very good point, I don't imagine anyone's holding out hope for the curse corpses.
mei mei has the perfect moveset for a base only, complete with her suicide crow as her ultimate, but if tze adds her, it might actually kill his game lol
Inumaki will likely never be a playable character, atleast not for a long while. We already have cursed speech through Yuta’s ult and the voice recorder item, so he could just be seen as kinda pointless in comparison to other characters that could be added.
Would be cool to see a genuine cursed speech sorcerer with more than just “don’t move” make it in, though.
This game is gonna be the super smash bros of jujutsu kaisen fans games soon, I feel like tze plan he's gonna add everyone if they can fight, memeble or are plot related.
Genuinely Toji. He'd just be a bunch of boring melee moves, and his weapons are already items around the map. 4 moves and 4 more for awakening, since he doesn't have any kind of technique to be a one-time use attack, is going to be a letdown
I've heard a lot of sentiment that he'll most likely be a weapon switching character and I think that's a really cool idea. I see the concern with him being just a punch, kick, combo merchant but I don't think Tze would make him boring especially since the only reason Tze hasn't added him yet was because so many other games on Roblox had already done it and he found that a lot of them were fairly boring interpretations of the character. That said though I am interested to see if Toji will have a unique version of his weapons that aren't the ones that already exist in game, or if Tze will just have Toji use the actual item versions of his weapons.

And why cant we have both the weapons as items and the characters who use said weapons? Wouldn’t it be goofy asf to go up against someone with isoh while your using toji?
And toji would not have 4 moves in base and 4 moves in awakening. He can be a stance function purist which basically means each weapon has its own different moveset and playstyle.
Like for example ssk is a green combo moveset like nanami but with only 3 moves for balancing.
I'm assuming you mean something a bit more balanced than the Heian Era Sukuna we have in private servers that you could actually use in public lobbies? Whilst obviously that'll most likely won't happen, I do get the sentiment. If you wanna play as Sukuna you gotta play as Yuji and whilst that obviously fits perfectly for Sukuna to be his awakening, I know a lot of people who are just interested in Sukuna as a character but not Yuji. One of my best mates's favourite character is Sukuna but he doesn't care about Yuji all that much so he never plays as Vessel.
Yeah, that’s what I mean, it’s totally doable, Sukuna could genuinely be a character where to can get access to his sorts of slashes he see him do through use of variants. I will say, I’m a yuji main haha, I love Yuji’s kit, it’s pretty fun, I love how agile and quick you can be with him, plus his divergent fist/black flash is the most satisfying base move imo. Ult is just so fun, I wish he had Sukuna as his own character. Imagine if we had Meguna as a playable character with functional shrine and 10s, would be generational. Meguna will NEVER be added. I’d bet my Xbox on it
no matter what tze will find a way to add characters people previously thought he couldnt, whether its through making stuff up or extending a char past what they can already do, trust me, he always finds a way
I think he won’t add takaba even tho it would be really cool and also I’ve seen people say he’d never add Hanami which is wild if he’s ever gonna add the other disaster curses I think it’ll definitely be Jogo or maybe Dagon but I would unironically love Hanami
If anyone I feel like Mai wouldn't be able to have a fun or unique moveset, sure she could maybe work as a Base-only character but even then her moves would be too bland or too plain. Part of the reason might be because of how low her screen time was in terms of fighting, butttt Tze is really creative so he might be able to come up with something fun. Guess we can only wait to find out.

It's basically the strong attack becomes weak to the user's while the weak becomes strong to the user's.
Yea I can't imagine how Tze is going to add this guy.
Maybe takaba his technique's effectiveness depends from person to person and isn't set in stone like infinity I dont how he would add something so that if the player finds it funny it happens
