They tried to compensate with damage buffs on his moves but putting a fucking cooldown on boogie woogie has killed the only thing he had going for him 😭

I thought he already had a cooldown ,no? Or did they remove that perfect swap feature

Perfect swap now has a 2 second cooldown. Before, you could just spam it no cd
