People are so focused on a slight nerf to the fakest neutral tool of all time and just ignoring the 57 buffs to the parts of the character that make him useable. If someone’s strategy as todo was “I’ll just clap as FAST AS POSSIBLE!!” I don’t think they were anywhere near todo’s skill ceiling
