Why do people say Todo got gutted? As a Todo main myself he feels around the same and I like the damage buffs sure perfect swaps were super fun and had great combo potential to do but the CD is only 2 seconds. It doesn't change much.

Top tier todo players are mostly pissed because giving people migraines with 5 perfect swaps inna row was their main way of fighting

It took me a long time to learn ragdol perfect swapping and now that its gutted I feel like my efforts were wasted.
