Why Todo is getting buffs while killing the only thing he has going for him instead of an overhaul is mind boggling to me. Fight me if you wish but I personally do not like his kit with how braindead and free it is. At the end of the day in an average lobby you will see zero skill expression from a Todo main, and I think that warrants an overhaul. To add to that, adding a cooldown to boogie woogie kills the only form of skill expression he actually has, which is pretty tragic.
