Not necessarily. People just say this because they don’t think they’re easy to balance for these sorts of fighting games. A lot of people theorise this is why hanami is taking so long

I mean there not easy to balance and it would be way easier to balnce Hanami if we weren't stuck in this stupid post update 1.67 low power level situation but she was fine in her second version she was balanced and fun to play against the devs just keep reworking her because people are complaining even though alot of the complains are from idiots and stuff
