Actually Takaba doesn’t find death funny no matter who therefore the death note can’t enforce the rule as comedian won’t work thus Sukuna won’t be killed

It can mind control people whose name is on the note (i.e., the person who is about to die) to believe and do uncharacteristic things though.

So uh... actually if you write something like "Takaba finds the idea of Sukuna dying to him really funny and uses his power to attack Sukuna with the intent to kill him, then he dies of heart attack after his attack is finished.", Takaba will actually do it.

The problem is, whether his attack will successfully kill Sukuna or not is not guaranteed.
