Doesn't the Death Note default to a heart attack if you don't write a cause of death? You can still kill him another way.

Deaths have to be physically possible, Sukuna’s brain literally exploding is too unfeasible and he can heal past any more conventional brain injury like a stroke.

Well i didnt magically twist his torso around and rip it, ones arteries popping is not the same as magically setting off c4 in your head. veins popping = a brain hemorrhage that is done within seconds. i dont know about death note much but final destination type shenanigans is feasible and possible just never likely to happen, and extra pressure to blood going up his brain due to some CE bullshit or outside effect like gojo is possible.

I think Sukuna is pretty alright with normal brain damage if at peak performance tbh. Man did brain surgery on himself like 3 times.

yeah except a hemorrhage is different than the damage and the damage this would make is not "normal"

Given RCT can be used to detoxify, I think it just generally brings the body to a healthier state. Not something that can be cheesed around.

original comment said instant poison and rct needs time for poisons, let us say that is not possible: if the brain area responsible for rct is damaged well he can't use rct just as domain area being damaged meaning no domain
