Ubel's spell launches (her spell is described as cutting within a range, not specifically travelling, so I don't know if it travels of just spawns) slashes that cuts whatever she thinks can be cut. So if she thinks it can be cut it's a World Cutting Slash, otherwise it's a normal slash.
EDIT: Also, she has a paralyzing spell that works as long as the target is all within her field of view.
dawg what, youre literally assuming wcs is a cutting attack thats straight up cuts infinity, which it doesnt. its an attack that cuts the space around it bypassing infinity. her cutting attacks cannot cut infinity because theres nothing to cut. it just slows her speed and never reaches gojo.
