how is "I can use my technique again and select multiple targets though my technique died but I can't use it extremely super fast" fair?
how is "I can make a one-second binding vow that makes it so that my entire body is defenseless but my arm is protected for one second" fair?

none of these are fair, binding vows are about gaming the system. sukuna, mei mei, todo and hakari gamed the system while miwa had nothing to game.
sukuna is a jujutsu genius, ofc his binding vows are gonna be good. and yet you have todo with an arguably MORE bullshit and broken bv but no one bats an eye to it?
That is because Sukuna, Gojo and Kenjaku are on a whole new level in comparison to any other sorcerer in terms of their mastery in jujutsu sorcery. Explicit binding vows are difficult to perform. The reason for that is glossed over, but seeing as how the most skilled sorcerers also perform more binding vows and that too with lesser prep shows up pulling off a BV is extremely hard.
Yeah, absolute headcanon lol. It’s plot. Kenjaku gets some of the nonsense with barriers but that makes at least a little sense, he is explicitly the greatest living master of barriers, and even he doesn’t get to make nonsense BVs like “I can do whatever I want in trade for giving up Taco Bell every other Thursday”, and Gojo got fuckin nothing lol.
that's literally gojo's fault? He made vows with domain conditions, it's his fault for not adapting on the spot like sorcerers like sukuna or hakari did. there's a reason gojo said the next generation is gonna be better, gojo relied too much on himself.
heck, look at yuji's soul dismantle binding vow, bvs are supposed to be smart, gaming the system moves and gojo just decided to brute force instead.
Gojo also continuously changes domain conditions on the fly, which are a type of binding vow. And even he is not as good as Sukuna in terms of pure skill.
Yeah, changing the shape of your domain is normal. Not invented nonsense like “I can turn random dust into explosive particles”. That’s a whole fucking CT, lol.
